Through hands-on instruction, you'll learn how to assess your environment, understand potential risks, and gain confidence in protecting yourself.

In addition to situational awareness, you will be introduced to the effective use of pepper spray as a self-defense tool. Participants will have the opportunity to purchase pepper spray after the training.
